  • If Leftover Photos does not mint out or is forced to do a fully free mint then no free skateboard decks are included with mint.
• 1 free skateboard deck will be include with 1 random mint in the collection.
  • 1 free skateboard deck will be given away in total.
  • Only 1 free skateboard is allowed per wallet address.
• 888 photos in the collection...
  • ...pretty good odds for a free custom skateboard.
• Skateboards created in partnership with custom skateboard company Whatever Skateboards.
  • Whatever Skateboards is a well known custom skateboard company and ships many custom skateboards.
  • Whatever Skateboards may have their own restrictions depending on your location. Shipping skateboards is complicated.
  • Computer access will be required.
• Snapshot is taken from mint.
  • Only minters are purchasing a skateboard as part of their purchase price.
  • Buying a Leftover Photo NFT or token from a secondary website like OpenSea is not considered minting and is not eligible.
  • No doxxing required other than to verify wallet ownership.
• Nicelist does not increase your chance of an included free skateboard deck.
  • Nicelist only guarantees reserved minting allocations. It has no impact on the random selection.
  • Buying a Leftover Photo NFT or token from a secondary website like OpenSea is not considered minting and is not eligible for extra products or services.
• The general point of this is to celebrate minting out for minters.
  • Leftover Photos reserves the right to change the terms at any point and in any way.
  • Malicious or opportunistic behavior may result in ineligibility.
  • Leftover Photos makes no promises or guarantees regarding providing any "free" products.

Official Rules

SOME TOKEN PURCHASES INCLUDE THE COST OF ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Additional products and services are only for legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of purchase. All employees of Leftover Photos, their affiliates, sales representatives, licensees or agents (all of the foregoing, collectively, “Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to acquire these additional products or services. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Use of any Leftover Photos products or services constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these “Official Rules”.

2. ELIGIBILITY PERIOD: The eligibility period begins at at the beginning of the minting process and ends when all tokens have been minted. (the “Eligibility Period”). Additional products and services may be included in the cost of entries properly submitted during the Eligibility Period. Generally limited to one per wallet or one per token.

3. INSTRUCTIONS: You may eligible by: 1) Acquiring one or more eligible online tokens from Leftover Photos from a minting process. 2) Liking or Following the official Leftover Photos account on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter or other social media platforms 3) Sharing on your personal Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter 4) Tagging your friends.

4. PUBLICITY: As a condition of eligibility, except where prohibited by law, eligibility grants to the Official Rules entities, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license and right, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the eligible customer's name, city, state and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of any eligibile customer.

5. SELECTION OF CUSTOMERS FOR ADDITIONAL PRODUTS OR SERVICES: Any selections will be a random selection to be held after the Eligibility Period. All extra products or services and their forms are at the sole discretion of Leftover Photos. The potential customers will be selected from all eligible customers who took the required actions during the Eligibility Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Eligibility Period. The potential customer will be notified via social media to the social media account provided in and entry form. Final decisions on extra products or services included in the cost will be conducted by Leftover Photos, whose decisions on all matters relating to eligibility or extra products or services for customers shall be final and binding. At the sole discretion of Leftover Photos, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of alternate customers may result from any of the following: (1) a potential customer's failure to respond to notification within one (1) days after its transmission; (2) a return of an social media notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) a potential failure to provide Leftover Photos with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (4) a potential failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days after its transmission; (5) a potential failure to validly claim the products and services by a certain date set by Leftover Photos; and (6) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of a products and services forfeiture, Leftover Photos may, in its sole discretion, assign or not assign the forfeited products or services to alternate winners.

6. TAXES AND FEES: All taxes on additional product or services, if any, and other expenses related to accepting and/or using a product or services not listed in these rules, are the sole responsibility of each customer. All products and services will be delivered, provided that they are validly claimed by a date set by Leftover Photos, after which no alternate customers will be selected, nor unclaimed products or services awarded.

7. GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Leftover Photos, which are final and binding in all respects. Leftover Photos is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the eligibility process or the addition of products or services; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of any additional products and services, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Leftover Photos products or services are not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of any eligibility for additional products and services (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any events, rewards, or any additional products and services (or portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of anything related to Leftover Photos including but not limited to the website operated by the Entities and any digital or physical works provided by Leftover Photos or Entities at any point; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries and eligibility; (c) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Leftover Photos and Entities are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any products or services; participation in this or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer information.

8. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By entering, each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Leftover Photos from and against any and all losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in activities related to the Official Rules or (ii) entrant’s participation in any related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)). Customers assume all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in any activites relates to the Official Rules or use or redemption of any products or services. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of California. All taxes are the responsibility of customers, who may receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any products or services, if applicable.

9. LIABILITY Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Leftover Photos (“Sponsor”), and any an all related parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, dealers, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by eligible or ineligible customers or entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a product or service or participation in anything related to the Official Rules or Leftover Photos.

11. PRIVACY POLICY: By using Leftover Photos products, services, or becoming and eligible customer you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.

13: CHANGES Although most changes are likely to be minor, Leftover Photos may change the terms from time to time, and in the sole and clear discrection of Leftover Photos. Leftover Photos encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
